Lemon Rosemary Salmon

A quick and flavorful dish, that can be enjoyed by the whole family

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Lemon & Herb Sauce
  • 2 x Salmon fillets skinned and deboned
  • 1/4 tablespoon Flacked Salt
  • 1 x Spray ‘n Cook

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
  • Apply a thin layer of ‘Spray ‘n Cook’ to a baking dish
  • Arrange fillets in the dish
  • Coat fillets generously in Lemon & Herb Sauce
  • Sprinkle with Flaked Salt
  • Bake for 20 minutes OR until fish flakes
  • Wait to cool and serve
