BBQ Poppers

Great for a starter or snack platter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilograms Beef Mince
  • 1/2 cup Dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon aromat
  • 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Coarse black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 x Half Garlic Clove Crushed

Directions

  • Mix breadcrumbs and aromat together well
  • Mix all ingredients together with hands until combined nicely
  • Roll into half size golf balls
  • Place on a greased baking tray and baste with extra BBQ Sauce
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 18-20 mins
  • Wait to cool and then serve
