Ingredients
Pork Rashers
Nou Gaan Ons Braai Mama Afrika spice
1 Lemon
1 teaspoon Honey
Directions
Sprinkle rashers with the Nou Gaan Ons Braai Mama Afrika spice and rub into the meat.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the rashers.
Drizzle honey over the rashers and rub into the meat.
Let it sit for at least 4 hours (up to 24 hours).
Braai over hot coals.
