  • Sprinkle rashers with the Nou Gaan Ons Braai Mama Afrika spice and rub into the meat.
  • Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the rashers.
  • Drizzle honey over the rashers and rub into the meat.
  • Let it sit for at least 4 hours (up to 24 hours).
  • Braai over hot coals.
