A quick and flavourful dish, that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
  • Apply a thin layer of ‘Spray ‘n Cook’ to a baking dish
  • Arrange fillets in the dish
  • Coat fillets generously in Lemon & Herb Sauce
  • Sprinkle with Flaked Salt
  • Bake for 20 minutes OR until fish flakes
  • Wait to cool and serve
