Lamb Stew

A delicious lamb stew that melts in your mouth!
Ingredients
1kg Stewing Lamb
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
Mix of spices
1 cup of onion stock
1 teaspoon Marmite / Bistro
½ cup
Your Choice Chutney
2 tablespoon
Your Choice Soya Sauce
Directions
Heat the oil in a pot and brown onions until glossy.
Spice meat well.
Sear meat (on all sides) in the pan with onions.
Pour stock to the pan and cook on the stove.
Add a teaspoon of Marmite / Bistro.
Add
Your Choice
Chutney and Soya Sauce.
Cover with water until the meat is almost fully covered.
Place in oven at 180 degrees until meat is soft.
Optional: add your favourite vegetables to the stew before going into the oven.
