A delicious lamb stew that melts in your mouth!



  • Heat the oil in a pot and brown onions until glossy.
  • Spice meat well.
  • Sear meat (on all sides) in the pan with onions.
  • Pour stock to the pan and cook on the stove.
  • Add a teaspoon of Marmite / Bistro.
  • Add Your Choice Chutney and Soya Sauce.
  • Cover with water until the meat is almost fully covered.
  • Place in oven at 180 degrees until meat is soft.
  • Optional: add your favourite vegetables to the stew before going into the oven.
