Lamb Stew - Catercorp
A delicious lamb stew that melts in your mouth!
- Heat the oil in a pot and brown onions until glossy.
- Spice meat well.
- Sear meat (on all sides) in the pan with onions.
- Pour stock to the pan and cook on the stove.
- Add a teaspoon of Marmite / Bistro.
- Add Your Choice Chutney and Soya Sauce.
- Cover with water until the meat is almost fully covered.
- Place in oven at 180 degrees until meat is soft.
- Optional: add your favourite vegetables to the stew before going into the oven.
