Lamb Shoulder

Enjoy the succulent flavours of lamb with our slow-roasted lamb recipe.
Ingredients
Shoulder of Lamb
Fresh Herbs
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons
Quinns Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
1½ cups
Sauce-a-licious Red Wine & Garlic
Directions
Marinate Lamb in mixture of fresh herbs, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Red Wine & Garlic, for a couple of hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Cover meat and roast on the middle rack for about 2 hours, basting continuously.
Uncover and roast for a further half-hour until well browned.
