Enjoy the succulent flavours of lamb with our slow-roasted lamb recipe.



  • Marinate Lamb in mixture of fresh herbs, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Red Wine & Garlic, for a couple of hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  • Cover meat and roast on the middle rack for about 2 hours, basting continuously.
  • Uncover and roast for a further half-hour until well browned.
