Recipe for grilled steak

  • Heat oil in a pot and allow it to get extremely hot
  • Add the potatoes to the oil while it is boiling hot and fry until golden brown
  • Remove chips from the pot and place on oil absorbing paper
  • Toss chips with salt and place on serving dish

  • Place the steak on a grill pan on high heat and grill meat
  • Each time you turn over the meat brush on fresh basting sauce
  • Once it is done to your liking remove from pan and place on a plate
