Creamy Livers

A fantastic quick weeknight dinner sorted with this recipe for Creamy Chicken Livers!



Potato Mash:
• Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces
• Bring water to boil in a pot and place potatoes into boiling water
• Continue to boil until potatoes are soft and drain out water
• Add in a tablespoon of butter and mix vigorously until a soft mash is formed
• Sprinkle Nou Gaan Ons Braai Mama Afrika Spice on top
• Mix well and add salt to taste

• Heat up oil in a frying pan
• Place chopped onions and garlic into the pan and fry until onions are translucent
• Add in livers and stir
• Fry on medium heat until the livers are firm and brown
• Add in Your Choice Peri Peri Sauce and leave to simmer
• Add in cream and mix well until a thick creamy sauce is formed
• add Salt to taste
